Our No Quibble Guarantee Policy
Our chocolates are of the finest quality and have been packed in a way that should ensure their arrival in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the postal service occasionally lose or damage things, or we might make a mistake. If this happens, please contact us, quoting the order number we emailed to you, tell us what went wrong, and we will either replace them or make a full refund.

Our Privacy and Security Policy
We do not keep any data other than the order information, which we use to deliver your goods, and may use internally for statistical analysis purposes. We will NOT pass any address or personal information to anybody else. We will e-mail you when we confirm your order, or if we have a problem to do with your order. You may choose whether or not to receive other, occasional, newsletters via email, and can safely opt out of such mailings at any time in the future.

Payment is made using our secure on line payment system with Protx. Protx are a major provider of online transaction processing, audited and approved by Visa and Mastercard to ensure their systems conform to the latest security standards.
When you order, we do not receive your credit card details, this is all dealt with by Protx, they simply inform us when the transaction has completed and payment made to our account.

Terms and Conditions of Ordering
We reserve the right to edit or omit card messages which we deem to be inappropriate, or likely to cause offence. We cannot, however, accept any responsibility for the content of card messages.

It is not normally possible to order chocolates or gift wrappings which are out of stock, but under very exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a chocolate or gift wrapping for one of similar or higher quality, so that your order is not delayed.

The actual net weight of your chocolate selection will vary according to your choices. We will advise you of the calculated net weight during the ordering process, and mark the actual net weight on the box.

Goods are charged at the price, in sterling, shown on the product pages on our server, on the date the customer places the order.

Orders received before 3:00pm UK time are normally dispatched the same day. Next Day delivery service is subject to the restrictions, terms and conditions of Royal Mail. Please see their website for further details. You must make your order at least one working day before the recommended final posting date for Christmas if you want it to arrive on time.

We are not currently registered for VAT.

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order in a timely and accurate manner, but we cannot accept liability for any loss, consequential or otherwise, arising from the use of our service. We also cannot accept liability for any loss due to circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Your statutory rights are, of course, not affected by any of the above terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be governed by English law.

Ingredients and Allergy Information
None of our products are suitable for people suffering from nut allergies. Most Belgian chocolates either contain nuts as a major ingredient (this includes marzipan - made from almonds, and praline and gianduja - made from almonds and hazelnuts) or may contain traces of nut because they were made in a factory that uses nuts.
